We're really looking forward to playing this gig in The Sugar Club on the 17th September. All proceeds go to the Red Cross, the line up is amazing and the legendary Paul McCloone will be the MC.
Youth Mass at Electric Picnic
We're stupidly excited to announce that we're playing Electric Picnic this year!! With some amazing acts on the line up like Foals, Mogwai, Wild Beasts etc. its going to be another barnstormer at the Picnic.
We play the Body and Soul main stage on Saturday 30th August.
Youth Mass Play First Ever Select Sessions
This is a special one..
We've been very kindly asked to play the first ever Select Sessions night in Four Dame Lane on Thursday 14th August
Its going to be a unique gig as there will be a Question and Answers session with the band before we play!! The first 30 people there get a free cocktail/ beer and some free chicken wngs.
Its like its made for me! The line up is a cracker too, with No Bread and JJ Jupiter also playing. Excited!!!
Elaine Mai to Remix Old Enough to Know Better
We can hardly contain ourselves with the fact that the wonderful Elaine Mai will be remixing our new single Old Enough to Know Better (out August 8th).
We've been massive fans of Elaine's work here in Youth Mass since the release of her debut EP Dots. From her collaboration with Le Galaxie on Love System to her remix of Daithi's Chameleon we're honoured that she would sprinkle her genius on one of our tracks! Stay tuned to hear the results in the coming weeks... In the meantime, check out her fantastic song Live from the aforementioned Dots EP, the excellent video is directed by our old chum Bob Gallagher too
Single Release Party at The Workman's Club on 8th August
To celebrate the release of Old Enough to Know Better, Pickled Onion Records are hosting a release party in The Workmans Club, Wellington Quay on Friday 8th of August.
The Workmans is a venue we love and we're gearing up to blow the roof of the place! Expect some amazing acts to be announced shortly too.

We're over the moon here in Youth Mass HQ to hear that Dream On is going to be used during the build up for the big GAA game on national television on Sunday! Mayo are playing Roscommon and Dublin are playing Laois, should be two great games! and these lads will be there...

Supporting Able Archer in The Workman's Club
We're absolutely honoured to have been asked by Able Archer to support them for the release of their new single Ghostmaker in The Workman's this Thursday 17th April.
Ghostmaker is a beast of a tune, an urgent shot of adrenaline weighing in just over the 3 minute mark. We're so excited to be playing with these guys.
